Made a witch’s signboard, scale 1:12 / Heksen uithangbord schaal 1:12 gemaakt

I made a wall sign for the witch’s house

I printed out a picture of the witch and the sign

Ik heb een bord voor aan de wand gemaakt voor het heksenhuis

Plaatje van de heks en het bord uitgeprint

Painted a doll’s forearm black

Onderarm van een popje zwart geschilderd

Glued the witch onto a piece of styrofoam.

Inserted a cocktail stick into her arm, coated it with glue, 

and stuck it into the styrofoam

Heks op piepschuim geplakt

Cocktailprikker in arm gestoken, met lijm ingesmeerd

 

en in piepschuim geprikt

For an extra spooky effect, I also glued googly eyes onto the witch

I dyed a ribbon black (since I only had white ribbon) and glued it onto the sign

Voor het extra enge effect heb ik ook nog rol oogjes op de heks geplakt

Lintje zwart gemaakt (want had alleen wit lint)

 

en aan het bordje gelijmd
