I treated a plain wooden cabinet with chalk paint, sanded it,
and then rubbed it with special wax to create an aged, vintage look

The cabinet will eventually go into the toy shop, which I still have to build
De kast komt in de speelgoedwinkel te staan die nog gemaakt moet worden
🧸 The cabinet for my 1:12 scale toy shop is finished!
It’s now filled with nostalgic toys, from dolls to teddy bears and fits
perfectly with the vintage atmosphere of the shop
It was a detailed project, but I’m very happy with the result
I’m especially proud of my collection of 16 tin soldiers, each one hand-painted
They give the toy cabinet an authentic, nostalgic look as if they
came straight out of an old toy museum!

Hij staat nu vol met nostalgisch speelgoed, van poppen tot teddyberen,
en past perfect bij de sfeer van de winkel
Het was een precies werkje, maar ik ben heel blij met het eindresultaat
Ik ben vooral heel blij met mijn collectie van 16 tinnen soldaatjes,
die stuk voor stuk met de hand zijn beschilderd
Ze geven de speelgoedkast echt een authentieke en nostalgische uitstraling,
alsof ze zo uit een oud speelgoedmuseum komen!
